Domestic = Orders shipping within USA | International = Orders shipping outside USA

 

🚨 DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! 🚨

Before placing your order, make sure your shipping address is correct - including apartment numbers and zip codes. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs. To avoid delays, please verify everything is correct during checkout!

 

DOMESTIC USA ORDERS

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-12 business days. (Monday-Friday excluding holidays.) I'm a one woman team, so thanks for your patience - especially during the busy times!

Shipping Time: USPS Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days afteryour order is processed.

Need It Fast?: Overnight shipping is available by request through USPS for $28-$96 depending on quantity. Please email us BEFORE ordering if you need something by a certain date (like a birthday or event)

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping Time: Delivery takes 7-14 business days AFTER shipping. Please allow up to 26 business days total (processing + shipping)

Customs & Fees: Your country may charge customs, duties or brokerage fees when your package arrives. These fees are the buyers responsibility. Adore Ice is not responsible for delays and/or costs caused by customs.

Signature Required For High Value Orders: Some high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign. 

 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Customization Time: Custom orders take 2-6 weeks to be created.

After Customization: Add an additional 5-14 business days for processing and shipping. Once your custom order is placed, it begins production within 24 hours and cannot be cancelled or refunded after that. Product descriptions list specific customization times.
